Delete your Samarth MIS account

Field staff can delete their Samarth MIS account at any time, either in the app or with this form.

Option 1: in the app

Open the Samarth MIS app → Profile → Delete account → confirm.

Option 2: on this page

Enter the email and password you use to sign in to the app, then confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and password are erased immediately.
• Your sign-in is disabled and you are signed out on every device.
• Your form assignments are removed.
• Backup copies containing your personal data are removed within 14 days.

What is kept

Survey records you submitted belong to your organisation, which may need them for programme reporting. They are kept, but no longer linked to your name or contact details.

Can't sign in, or you are a beneficiary?

Email support@samarthmis.in from the address linked to the data, or contact your organisation's administrator. We respond within 30 days.
